Terms of Use & Beta Agreement

Arcbound is in active development. You should expect unfinished features, bugs, balance changes, and instability.

• Features may change or be removed
• Updates may reset progress or saves
• Content may be incomplete or inconsistent

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, install, and play Arcbound for personal, non-commercial use.

Arcbound is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the beta builds, including:

• Loss of progress, saves, or data
• Device instability, crashes, or performance issues
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We may update the game, change features, alter requirements, or discontinue builds or services at any time. Beta access is not guaranteed.

If you provide feedback, bug reports, or suggestions, you grant us permission to use them to improve Arcbound without obligation or compensation.

If you interact with any community features (now or later), you agree not to harass others, abuse services, or attempt unauthorised access.

We may suspend or revoke access if these terms are violated.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in those courts, unless mandatory consumer protections apply.
